We are currently looking for MIG Welders who can also do flex core welding and holds a valid welding tickets for our client, an industry leader in Electrical Structure builder located in Mississauga. This position will turn into a direct hire depending on performance and dedication after three (3) months.

Tasks & Responsibilities
- Welding of all metal assemblies within provided weld specifications.
- Report to Supervisor / Group Leader any product defects or other serious occurrences.
- Performs house keeping, clean up.
Skills
- Proven ability to work independently, safely and demonstrate sound decision making skills.
- Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast paced environment.
- Able to adept to changing priorities on a frequent basis.
- A team player with a strong sense of urgency.
Required Experience
- MIG Welding and Flex Core (FCAW) certificates (Tickets).
- Minimum 1-3 years welding experience in a Mig /Flex core welding environment
