Pay Rates •Hourly wage $18.00 to start after 3 months $20.00 • Company Benefits after 3 months.
Available Shifts 8:30am - 5pm

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Answers incoming Customer’s emails and phone calls, processing customers Purchase Orders, ship dates, production dates, product information, tracing of shipments
  • Answers Sales Reps emails and phone calls on pricing and purchase orders.
  • Responsible for making any changes to Customer Purchase orders
  • Getting quotes from freight companies.
  • Generating Excel worksheet’s

Skills

  • Minimum of 3 years customer service experience in Manufacturing environment
  • Excellent communication skills required (written and verbal)
  • Must be detail oriented
  • Excellent Computer skills, Windows, Word, Excel
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and with others.

Required Experience

  • Minimum of 3 years customer service experience in Manufacturing environment
